Do you supply free samples?
We do not generally supply free samples. If you want to buy some of the items that are below the minimum order quantity as samples, please write to us. Also the price of the sample is usually higher than the quoted price in our catalogue.

What is the currency of the prices displayed?
The prices shown in this website are all in Ringgit Malaysia. However, you can select your own currency at left panel currency converter section, then it will convert to your choosen currency. However during checkout it will convert to RM and proceed to our payment gateway.

What is your payment gateway?
iPay88 is our payment processing agent. Through iPay88, we accept major Visa and Mastercards, direct bank transfer payment through major banks in Malaysia (Maybank2u, AmOnline, CIMB Clicks, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online and RHB Online). Payments by Mobile Money, PosPay and Webcash are also possible with iPay88. Upon checkout, you will be directed to iPay88’s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.

I encountered problems while making payments and I am not sure if I have paid. What should I do?
Please write to us and provide us your username and the total sum that you were paying. We will check our system and verify with our payment processing agent so that you won’t make the same payment twice. Of course we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is my bank and credit card information secure in the transaction?
We do not store your bank and credit card information when you buy from us. All the payment transaction information is handled by our payment processing agent – iPay88. When you check out, you will be directed to iPay88’s website with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information from being read as it is transmitted through the internet.
